Feature Name

Update 'guides' path to 'docs'

The Desired Behavior

Update dgeni path to /docs

Your Use Case

As an enduser, I'd like the path of the Daffodil Docs to be consistent with 'docs' naming convention.

@xelaint Could you add more details to this? Should the readME files be under docs/guides or just guides? Should the api docs be under docs/api or just api? What docs naming convention are you referring to? The angular docs don't have a docs prefix, so I'm not sure this is really a naming convention.
