Central location defining route structure for docs

The Desired Behavior

I want the location, in terms of routing paths, of different types of documentation to be stored in a central location that can be understood by both dgeni and daffio such that when the routes change, only a single structure must be modified.

Your Use Case

As a daffodil maintainer, I'd like to be able to change paths without breaking URL generation and without having to dig through dgeni code to find URL generation.

this is actually not needed. doc segments are correctly created, it just needs the docs prefix
