I know in visual mode, one can press "S", to get a view of diffstats over a range of commits. However, one cannot open one changed file and see what has changed(preferably, in vertical split view) over those range of commits.
In intellij-idea or CLion, one can select several consecutive commits and view a list of overall changed files, and clicking on each file, one can see what has changed of the file over those several changes.
I hope gitv could do that, too.
