It would be helpful to get the authority pseudo-header from the http2 request on the server. It'd be useful to have access to the 'host' portion to do some virtual routing.

Related: #75, where I'm adding a ServeHTTP method to *grpc.Server, so you can do whatever muxing you want before gRPC takes over.
