Constant reflow

Couldn't we get an option to bind an event handler on key press which would reflow the paragraph whenever the word-separating character is entered? That would finally make gedit suitable for writing normal text?

Yes this is a good idea. Do you know how to listen to key events?

Unfortunately not, I am not much of Gnome developer myself.

Also, this would have to be limited just to enumerated mime-types (or something like that). I don't want gedit to reformat my C code.
