There's a few approaches we could take here. Having some kind of carousel for the background could be nice, alternatively we could link to an external site (maybe Flickr? idk, not my area of expertise, but I suspect there's a nice Jekyll plugin for flickr).

It would be nice if these were sorted by event somehow, then if we had a Past Events page (or a page per Past Event) they would be categorised. It would also be nice if someone has solved this already.
