for the tibble "parties" defination:

end = ymd(c("2022-04-03", "2022-07-11", "2022-10-02", "2022-12-31"))

Should the second date be "2022-07-10", instead of "2022-07-11"?

I am reading the R for Data Science (2e) book. It is very useful.
