Our only Mac x86 buildbot is a Late 2013 Mac Pro, which can't be upgraded past macOS Monterey (macOS Ventura is the current version). We're going to need a newer x86 Mac for testing newer OS versions for as long as we support x86 Macs, which is likely to be quite a while.
