Restart pod (from another control mechanism, e.g. Terraform)
Expected Behaviour:
Kubernetic shows [pod destroyed] or similar in Terminal, OR
Kubernetic closes Terminal tab by returning to pod overview, OR
similar
Actual Behaviour:
Kubernetic window is completely empty (just a translucent black window with the standard Mac window widgets, no Kubernetic content at all, not even a grey background)
Workaround:
The only way out I've found is to quit Kubernetic and reopen it
This behaviour doesn't happen if the Terminal isn't open when the pod restarts (e.g. looking at the pod status list/view, we get a sensible "Terminating" message and then it disappears)
