Add winning model from DOXA challenge to Harmony (advanced issue)

Please create a Harmony page on HuggingFace Hub and put José's model (the winning model) up there, perhaps called harmonydata/mental_health_harmonisation_1 or something like that. Once we have it on HuggingFace Hub we can put it in the Python library and people can select it.

There is currently no harmonydata profile in HuggingFace so you need to create it - please don't share the credentials publicly in this issue! thanks!

Rationale

This is our project's fine tuned LLM for mental health. So people can use it instead of the off the shelf options.
