test and document the new knesset APIs

Knesset published the new APIs on Mar. 5, 2017, they admit it's not 100% correct but they would like to get feedback. From a quick glance I already see some problems, for example - committees data have an email column which is mostly empty and when it's not empty it contains the name of the committee in hebrew..

need to review the APIs and find the blatant problems and notify knesset about them
