Certain hacknights want to vote on projects and announce the winners.

  1. The hacknight owner must be able to create list of criteria like idea, innovation etc ... and voting range(1-10, 1-5).
  2. Optional comment field only visible to admins.
  3. Sort all projects based on default total score or one or more condition like innovation, output etc...
