When asking an employer for their email address, include an additional question:

Who receives email at this address?

  • Only me; this is my address
  • This is a shared/group email address

Based on this answer, Hasjob can create a UserEmail or TeamEmail record in Lastuser (see hasgeek/lastuser#185).
