Update 'Chat Tutorial' Link provided when the chat starts up

Description

There is a link called 'Chat Tutorial' present in the Chat Demo application. However, when clicking on the link it leads you to the docs homepage instead of the tutorial page. Please update to point to the Chat tutorial.

Steps to reproduce

1. Git clone https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-hcs-chat-js
2. follow the steps in the projects readme to get the application running
3. Click on the 'Chat tutorial' link
