Problem

The MN offers the contracts/call API tailored for architect node scenarios regarding eth_call and eth_estimateGas.
These are limited currently to API calls

Solution

Expose this functionality in the MNE would significantly improve the usability of HSCS as users could execute queries from their explorer using just their wallet without having to write code
