Remove Organizational Summary popup on launch

The connection summary on launch is confusing to users. It should be removed. If it adds functionality that is helpful, it will need to be redesigned to add more value to the user.

If the functionality is still desired, an idea would be that if an organization was not able to automatically reconnect, that should be visible in the organization drop down and the organization tab in the settings page.
