Revisit the location of the Keys

The location of the Keys has been discussed a number of times. User feedback suggests it may be better to return it to a dedicated page like transactions, contacts, etc.

The feedback was that it feels more logical to have keys be like other entities, easily accessible. Our reason for moving the keys to the settings was because they are not used often outside of initial setup.
