In Consul 1.6.1 when switching backwards and forward between two datacenters in the UI, sometimes the services list appears empty, and a refresh is required in order to show the services in the newly selected datacenter.

Turning off blocking queries in the Settings area in the UI fixes the issue.

This is fixed in 1.6 and 1.7 now
