I'd like to know the reason why constraint without a pre-release can only match a version without a pre-release, we're using Nomad when we're trying RC many of our jobs are not able to run because prereleaseCheck function.

It'd be great to compare something like 0.9.2-rc1 >= 0.9.0

Then how can I specify a constraint to accept any version that is greater than, e.g., v0.12, regardless of pre-release or not?
