hclogvet check is broken #163

Possibly related to #155

While migrating to CRT I noticed hclogvet check no longer works

==> vetting hc-log statements
hclogvet: internal error: package "github.com/hashicorp/nomad/helper/pluginutils/hclutils" without types was imported from "github.com/hashicorp/nomad-driver-podman"
make: *** [GNUmakefile:12: check] Error 1

I'll leave it disabled for now and come back to this ticket to re-enable it.
