Feature Request: Support tags in spot fleet request and instances

It would be great if we can add tags in the spot fleet request and the tags can also be carried over to the spot fleet instances after initially launched or re-spawned.

Is there any update on this? It's been a year and spot fleet tagging still isn't working in the AWS provider.

Since the AWS APIs don't support tagging spot fleet requests yet that I can see, we should all be complaining to Amazon first.
