Hi there,
Currently in 0.11.0 terraform version we cannot create an EMR cluster with instance fleets configuration.
Is it possible to add this features in aws_emr_cluster ressource ? like this PR #1071 .

For your information @jmsantorum is working on a dedicated resource to handle instance fleets configuration . #1475

thank you
