AWS App Mesh virtual node listener health checks were added in AWS SDK v1.16.15.
Add support to the aws_appmesh_virtual_node resource.

Support for this has been merged and will release with version 1.59.0 of the Terraform AWS Provider, likely in the next day or two. 👍
