Description

Azure has an api call to order app certs that are signed. They can also be added to the key vault. Note that this is NOT the same as the azurerm_key_vault_certificate resource. Docs from Microsoft in references section.

This call is more similar to the AWS call to create a signed ACM cert aws_acm_certificate, and doesn't require setting up a certificate authority account. It does cost money though, vs ACM, so be careful when testing.
