Describe the bug
Attempting to enable the KMIP engine when running the welcome wizard results in this error: Assertion Failed: Could not find component named "wizard/kmip-engine" (no component or template with that name was found).

To Reproduce

  1. Start the wizard and pick "Secrets" (and any others you'd like)
  2. Go to enabling secrets, choose KMIP (enterprise binary required for this).
  3. See error in the console and notice choosing other engine types does not render the help for them.

Expected behavior
Choosing the KMIP engine should show info about it in the getting started wizard.
