EMQX Bridge connection to another Broker

Hello- Was wondering if anyone has had any success setting up a Bridge connection to another MQTT Broker. I have a Pi running Solar Assistant which runs its own broker. It is currently connecting to Mosquitto running on HA and working perfectly. I tried shutting down Mosquitto and creating the bridge to EMQX but couldn't get it to work.
