The upgrade process of z-wave-js addon from 0.9.0 to 0.10.0 using HA 2025.2.3 triggered the smoke detectors that are connected via z-wave.

Unexpected behavior that did not occur on all previous add-on upgrades until now.

So, don't go upgrading your z-wave-js addon late a night while the family or the neighbors are sleeping :-)

4 days later: received 3 x separate false smoke alert on the 3 connected smoke detectors at the same time.
That did not happen in the last 2.5 years since having these smoke detectors installed.
The Batteries are all + 85%
