Self-hosting is possible behind a CGNAT (4G/5G/Starlink)

Hi, as a fervent supporter of self-hosting things, I would like everyone to give it a try, event people with limited access to the internet such as on a cellular router, etc…

With tools such as Cloudflare Tunnels it is possible to access servers (with some limitations) from the www.

I recommend editing the part about supported internet boxes, replacing it with a warning and a link to a new page on the subject of bypassing a CGNAT.

Hope to collaborate on this self-hosting wiki page more.
