Yarn Maker A-Z sort order should smoothly incorporate entries without an associated YarnMaker

It appears that yarn maker sort ordering is starting with nil yarn makers, which is confusing when the "alphabetical" list starts over in the middle. Alter the query so that sorting happens against the full yarn name with maker.

This isn't right. #109 should prevent nil yarn makers from happening in the first place. Resolution is to fix the broken entries and work #109.
