The following part of the sunshine install should be moved to the user part of the install scripts:

stretch_install/factory/22.04/stretch_install_system.sh

Lines 178 to 180 in bde279c

    
           echo "Setup Sunshine systemd unit" 
        
           mkdir -p ~/.config/systemd/user/ 
        
           cp ./sunshine.service ~/.config/systemd/user/sunshine.service
