quark-core依赖了preact，作为web components的组件库内部依赖了别的框架是出于什么考虑？

这样的话组件库还是会有个运行时在跑吧，虽然达到了跨框架的目标，但是技术角度看还是很别扭额。之前似乎实现了一套jsx-runtime，后来又干掉了换preact。求问，团队是怎么说服自己给组件库加运行时的？
