Update error stack with a customised message

Thanks @StarpTech for making this !! really beautiful and handy.

I want to add a general (in all errors) and custom message, on the whole Fastify app. The idea is just to remember follow forkers they can contribute directly on github through a link.

Is this possible with the options ? Because adding this as an Error instance, needs to be done all over the place, and also would not catch other unhandled errors.
