Add ability to retract pebble request made in error

Currently I can request someone to act as a rock - but if done mistakenly / in error I'm not able to undo. I understand if this is a design choice and that there may be specific reasons for this!

Hey Adam - I'll reach out to you on Slack. I think we added a button to do this but we developed it several months ago so I can't remember for sure... 😆

Sure enough, we did not implement a way for the requesting pebble to cancel their request. This is a really good idea and we should implement it, leaving the issue open.
