Feature request: Ability to search users based on specific skill/topic

Example case:
As a pebble, I want to learn about Docker. I navigate to book a pairing and type "Docker" into search field. A list of users with that topic/skill on their profile is printed, with their availability and information.

Side note: May want to allow users to list more than two skills and one custom field. Or allow users to list multiple skills in free-text via a comma etc.
