holiday_jp-go が1年以上も更新されていないので、github actions を利用して自動更新されるようにしたいです。
これを実現するために2つPRを送ります。

テストを github actions で回すことにより更新された statik が壊れていないことを確認できるようにします
renovate を使い submodule の更新とそれに伴う statik の更新を自動化します
