Document renderers and display function

Looking through the traffic for this repository I saw that using the issue interact (#62) is one of the most commonly visited ones. We should add more documentation about rendering manually and the display function.

Very old indeed, the main problem has always been finding a good place to put this material. Do you have any suggestions?

I'd say the most intuitive place to put it would be as a section on the Creating interactive dashboards page.
