The python tika library is creating a log file, /tmp/tika.log. If there are two instances of snoop running on the system, under different user accounts, the 2nd one won't be able to write to the log file, and importing the tika library will fail.

So we either monkeypatch this line, or we start a discussion with the package author.

Or we use something else.

Merge request happened, is in version 1.15. We need to set the TIKA_LOG_PATH env var.
