Ex in https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/18320 the FR translations for title, short description, description and instructions are not displayed, even if FR is set as the default language. I also tested it for ES, and it is the same. Only EN is displayed.

Update: it seems to be an issue on my Firefox, I am checking why it only happens with HOT TM
