support: video caption dataset viewer #3132

Thank you all for your contributions to this amazing viewer!

I was wondering if it’s possible to extend support for a video-caption dataset viewer. I attempted to follow the image-caption example (https://huggingface.co/datasets/datasets-examples/doc-image-5), but it didn’t seem to work as expected.

If I missed anything, please let me know.
