[IX] - Multi-select not searching with tildes

Describe the bug

The front-end search algorithm does not properly handle tildes, so ie. searching for "rodriguez" won't find "rodríguez".

To Reproduce
Try to search for an option with a tilde without using the tilde.

Expected behavior
The option appears regardless of the user typing the tilde or not.
