8 ¶ Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.
10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.
Essentially, every time the player gets any income they'll be prompted something like Set aside tithing?
If they respond yes, a wide variety of small bonus multipliers are applied:
10% increase in gross battle earnings (99% of orignal income if players continue to pay tithing)
Can sell items for 70% of their value rather than 50%
Increased catch rate
Increased exp gain
etc
Still don't have the exact numbers for all the bonuses. A big thing is that this shouldn't be game-breakingly easy. The idea is that the benefit isn't super apparent unless the player does it consistently. If the player stops paying tithing at any point by selecting NO, then they have to go to or call the bishop in Nephi to make the prompt appear again.

10% seems like a fitting amount of increase for bonuses of earnings, catch rate, EXP, etc. Selling items at 70% seems like a fitting thing of itself, as long as it stays consistent, cause going over 70% might break it a little.
