Based on what I find in component-quote.php, you're not allowing a background color to be set on pull quotes (as opposed to block quotes). However, you are still allowing a background image to be set on pull quotes. Is this an inconsistency?

Good question. I believe we kept the background image in for a reason.

Font color works fine, but the background color in pull quotes aren't being honored in the front end.

I set it to a color and there is no color change.
