Added a way to filter search by tag, just type tag:Tag_Name into search - http://dev.stargeo.io/search/?q=dengue+tag%3ADSS. Sole tag without other keywords also allowed - http://dev.stargeo.io/search/?q=tag%3AAge.

Made tag search case-insensitive, i.e. searching for tag:DHF and tag:dhf is now the same.

Mouse and rat series and sample data is now loaded (and updated weekly). New platform probes for all 3 species is in the process of loading.
