I think it would be good to have different languages for aircraft configuration. I can offer a Russian translation and I will be grateful for the opportunity to change the language.

@tech_eng youtube helped with the translation

Looks good but I can't verify the translation. Feel free to open a PR to implement the locale. We can then validate it and merge for a future update when all is okay.
