Github actions as kext update source

Hello. Is there any way to use GitHub actions instead of releases for update source?
For example this?:
https://github.com/plooshi/IntelBluetoothFirmware/actions

Or use DEV source as an update url for selected kexts while keeping other from github? I know its possible by using selection method, but It would be grat if I can leave DEV option generally disabled, and use DEV source for few selected kext.
