Improvement:
- The host URL for a third-party service provider required for the eID identification process has been updated upon the service provider's request. Previously, this URL had been statically specified inside our SDK. As part of this release, not only have we updated it to the new one, we have also made it configurable, so that in the future any changes can be taken care of without the need for a release.

Some clients reported that they were seeing some NullPointerException crashes on Android. These have now been fixed as part of this release

Our SDK contains Lottie animations, which are required in order for the flow to work as expected. In cases where users had the animations setting disabled in their device, the app was crashing. This has been fixed whereby if animations are disabled in the device, then the screens that contain animations will only display the first frame of the animation as a static image - allowing the user to seamlessly continue with the flow

Scroll issue: The recent Android OS release reportedly causes scrolling issues in various Android apps. This resulted in some users facing difficulty in scrolling on some screens. This issue has been fixed as part of this release
Difficulty initiating the video call: For some customers, end-users were facing difficulty initiating the video call. That issue has been addressed to provide users a hassle-free experience
Issue integrating an older IDnow version: Some customers had reported that they were facing some issues when they tried to integrate the older IDnow SDK. This has also been addressed as part of this release

Make IDnow terms and conditions optional for eID: Similar to VideoIdent, for the eID product we have offered our customers the possibility to disable the IDnow terms and conditions checkboxes so that the users are only required to accept the terms and conditions relevant to our customers.
Minor security enhancements: We have taken additional measures to enhance the level of security in our products
Support for Android 13: Android had recently released Android 13. We have thoroughly tested this version to make sure it is compatible with Android 13, so that our users can have a seamless identification experience.
