Describe the bug
The VC list in the Select VC modal and History does not show the updated tag name when sharing the VC to other device.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Prerequisites: Device A and Device B
  2. In device B, click on a VC in My IDs
  3. Click on the icon on the top right corner
  4. Rename/Edit tag of the VC then save
  5. Go back to My IDs
  6. Share VC from device B to device A, verifying that tag is displayed at all stages on device B but NOT displayed on device A.

Expected behavior
New tag should be displayed at all stages on device B (e.g. Select VC modal and History)

Reproduced on
0.3.0rc2
