I think #74 is just front-end without connection to back-end.
#75 is currently in queue to merge, however, if I understand this correctly, it is "read-only" part of blockchain integration - i.e. returning fundraiser dates, status, etc. Piece missing is actually participating, i.e. "write" part. I could be wrong though.

Yes, #75 is connecting the read-only data for the project overview tab. This, however, is for the Fundraiser tab.
