No Sashimi plot option with right click

MacOS with Java

Uploaded two files from local: bam & indexed bam. Able to see coverage and alignment tracks and enable splice junctions track. Right clicking alignments track shows no option to create a Sashimi plot (image attached).

Right clicking the junctions track allows Sashimi plot to be created but it is blank (two images attached)

I can't really determine anything from these screenshots. I assume this is rna-seq data. If you right-click over the alignments what is selected for experiment type (see screenshot)

Also, a screenshot of your alignments with junction track might be useful.
