  • Issue Title is in form Problem Code (Contest Code) [Language]
  • I ensure I'm Eligible as per ECR.
  • I got AC for this problem when the contest was live. (Not necessary, but appreciable).
  • I have checked that my solution is passing on Problem (in case you make some changes).
  • I will send my PR only after I'm assigned to this issue by any maintainer.
  • I ensure that I'm not assigned to more than 2 issues.
    • Assign this issue to me (I want to work on this).

Problem requires ★★★★ ECR.
I'm eligible. 6★ on Codechef. (https://www.codechef.com/users/afaxnraner)

@jakobkogler Hi thanks for showing interest in this repo, but sorry but as you are 6 ★, you can only contribute to questions having 6 and more ★. There are a lot of questions of your eligibility, you can start from December 2016 😄

Completely mistook the ruling. It is quite counter-intuitive.
A beginner (probably horrible coding style) can submit a 4★ solution, but a good coder cannot?
Well, it's your decision. I have to accept it.

The only 6★ / 7★ problems happened in September 2017, and I haven't solved any of those.

@jakobkogler There are a lot of 6 ★ and 7★ issues from past contests which no one has submitted which you can submit. Also the this ECR was set so that everyone gets a chance to contribute.
We can leave this issue open incase someone else wants to submit.
